B.Tech in Computer Science/MCA with 9+ years of progressive industry experience
2+ years of technical management experience
Must be passionate about building “world class software”
Strong experience in building high performance teams – hiring, mentoring and retaining top talent
Very good at CS fundamentals, Code design, Object-oriented programming. Strong empathy for end-user experience.
Strong experience with mobile technologies
Self-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with aggressive deadlines and executing on fast iteration cycles.
Experience working in Git, Stash, Jira and other productivity tools.
Strong understanding of Design patterns.
Prior to being in technical management role – must have had strong development background and architected scalable server systems
Must have experience with agile planning and delivering short release cycles (bi-weekly releases)
Creation of reusable libraries and mobile application frameworks. Evaluate and research the latest technologies.
Experience in software product companies and startups a great plus
Working closely with back-end development team and UX design team to implement mobile product requirements
Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, leadership, and problem solving skills
Must be able to thrive in fast paced environment
